By posting or sharing User Content on GlobostAI, you grant Ayka Telecom and Software LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:
This license exists solely to enable GlobostAI to operate, deliver, and improve the Service. You may delete your User Content at any time; however, residual copies may remain in our backup systems for a limited retention period as described in our Privacy Policy.

All intellectual property rights in and to GlobostAI, including but not limited to its logos, trademarks, source code, software, features, design elements, databases, algorithms, and proprietary content, are owned exclusively by Ayka Telecom and Software LLC.
You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works based on any GlobostAI intellectual property without our prior express written permission.
GlobostAI integrates or interoperates with third-party services including, but not limited to, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, analytics providers, and cloud hosting infrastructure. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, data practices, or security of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the integrity of the Platform and your data. However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. You agree to use GlobostAI at your own risk. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account or data resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of GlobostAI at any time, including features, functionality, availability, and pricing, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or business operations.
We will notify users of material changes through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of GlobostAI after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ayka Telecom and Software LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of GlobostAI, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of GlobostAI shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available or applicable, in the courts of Los Angeles County, California. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against GlobostAI or Ayka Telecom and Software LLC.
